twelve years at KPBS, the station grew to be San Diegos
most respected and honored news station and a major local
and national program producer. |

WKSU
is National Public Radio for Northeast Ohio serving the
Cleveland, Arkon and Canton communities with news, classical
and folk music programming. Tthe station's mulit-award-winning
professional staff pioneered the development of modal music
programming and has been a major producer of local and national
news and fine art programing.
During
Flasters nine years at WKSU the station nearly doubled
its audience.

Flaster's three year term as Station Manager at WKHR became

WSUC
serves the finger lake region of upstate New York with National
Public Radio programing from WRVO in Oswego and a range
of alternative music formats.
During
Flasters four years with WSUC he designed the station facility,
secured its FM license and served as the station's first
manager and, then advisor.
